To place your order, choose the specification you want and place it in your basket. When you are ready to check out, click on your basket on top of the page. You can check out with or without an account.

Modification or cancellation of your order
As long as you have not yet proceeded to the payment of your order, you are able to change what’s in your basket. Orders that have already been paid cannot be cancelled.
Should you not be satisfied with the item ordered, please refer yourself to exchange/returns below.

Article out of stock
It can happen that some of our articles are temporarily out of stock. When that happens, you will have the possibility to choose the option “Keep me posted”. You can then enter your email address and the quantity you desire to order. You will receive an email from us as soon as the articles are in stock again.

Item not in stock after all – not delivered
As soon as you have placed an order on our website, the items will be automatically reserved. However, it could happen that due to a miscommunication between the computer and the stockroom, the items are not in stock anymore. In that case we will immediately contact you and inform you when the items will be available again. It can also happen, that during delivery, some items get damaged or that the delivery is incomplete. Please inform us as soon as possible so that we can help and find together the best solution.

Email confirmation
As soon as you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Did you not receive the email? Check your spam folder. If you have a World Wide Wannahaves account, please also check your account where all your current orders should be listed.
If you still cannot find the confirmation email, please feel free to contact us.

When you place your order, you will be able to indicate where you would like to receive the chosen goods. This can be your home address or another address of your own choice; but it cannot be an APO/FPA/DPO address or a mailbox.

Shipping costs within The Netherlands
The shipping costs within The Netherlands are of  €6,95. The shipping is free for all orders above €50.- For shipments outside of The Netherlands, please contact us at

All orders placed on our website before 3pm will be delivered within 3 work days* to the chosen address.
*automatically excludes weekends and National Holidays.

Deliveries within The Netherlands will be done by PostNL. Should you not be home at the time of the delivery, the deliveryman will leave a card in your mailbox. You will then be able to go online to the PostNL website and choose a convenient delivery date.

Incomplete or damaged delivered goods
World Wide Wannahaves take a great deal of care when packing orders to make sure that the items you’ve ordered arrive undamaged, however, occasionally goods do get damaged in transit. If you discover something is damaged or is missing:

  • please inform right away the deliveryman (wen possible);
  • please contact our customer service.

We will be asking for the following:

  • a picture of the box in which the goods were packed; with the label visible;
  • a picture of the opened box with the packaged goods visible inside;
  • pictures of each packaged goods;
  • a close up picture of the damaged item(s)

Order status
If your shipment takes place within The Netherlands, you will be able to follow it with your Track and Trace number.
If it says that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received it, check your mailbox, maybe your neighbours have received it. Should that not be the case, please feel free to contact our customer service so that we can help you further.

Pick up
We also offer the possibility to use the Service “PakjeGemak”. When you place your order, you can indicate where you would like to receive your items. You can choose your home address, your work address but you can also choose for a shop address where PakjeGemak delivers (click on “choose a PostNL pick up point”). Based on your postcode and the city where you live, you will find a list of the nearest shops where you can pick up your items. You will be informed by email or sms when your package has reached the chosen shop.

All prices indicated on our website are including tax.

You can choose between the following payment methods: 

iDEAL: you will automatically be forwarded to your own bank and will be able to proceed with the payment through your own personal homepage. Your order will be sent within the following 3 working days.

PayPal: you will automatically be forwarded to your own PayPal account. PayPal is linked to your creditcard.  Your order will be sent within the following 3 working days.

Credit card: Depending on the type of credit card you use, you will be forwarded to the payment module of Visa, Mastercard or Maestro.

Discount: You have the possibility to enter a discount code when you are in your Shopping Cart. Click on ‘activate’ to make sure it will be deducted from the amount you need to pay.

You can only use one discount code per order.

Giftcard: Would you like to use your giftcard? Please enter your code in your Shopping Cart under Discount code and click on ‘activate’. Please not that you can only use a giftcard once. If you do not use the total amount on the card, you will unfortunately loose what’s left on it.

You can return your items to us within 14 calendar days or receiving your order.  The products must be returned unused, complete and packed in their original packaging. Should that not be the case, we will not proceed with reimbursed. The costs for returning the goods are for your account; should you return the complete order, we will reimburse the sending costs.   • download the PDF Return Form
  • fill in your name and the reason why you are returning the item(s)
  • email the form to
  • print the form out and add it to the goods in the box
  • make sure the breakable items are well wrapped
  • cut the shipping label and attach it to the box
  • bring the box to the post office

When you return a package, you are liable for that package until World Wide Wannahaves receives it. World Wide Wannahaves is not responsible for the potential loss or damage of the goods while its being shipped. We encourage you to insure the shipment and keep the receipt for proof.

You will receive an email when the package has arrived. This can take up to 10 work days. We will proceed with putting back the money on your bank account. This could take up to maximum 14 work days. Was your order incorrect or damaged, World Wide Wannahaves will reimburse you the freight costs as well.
